How do I create a profile?
Sign up with your email, verify your account, and then fill out your profile information including photos, bio, and preferences.
How does matching work?
When you like someone and they like you back, it creates a match! You can then start messaging each other.
What is Premium membership?
Premium gives you unlimited likes, the ability to see who liked you, advanced filters, and other exclusive features for £4.99/month.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to Settings > Subscription and click "Cancel Subscription". You'll keep Premium access until the end of your billing period.
How do I report a user?
On their profile, tap the three dots menu and select "Report". Choose the reason and provide details. Our team reviews all reports.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Settings > Account > Delete Account. This action is permanent and cannot be undone.
Why was my photo rejected?
Photos must be appropriate, show your face clearly, and not contain explicit content, violence, or copyrighted material.
How do I change my location?
Go to Settings > Location to update your location. This helps us show you relevant matches in your area.
